Responsabilidades:

• To identify opportunities;
• To offer valuable quotations and convert it in new customers;
• To prepare continuously good sales quotations;
• To generate external leads and follow up received external leads.

Job description:

• To coordinate air freight activities, documentation, insert data and freight tracking;
• To produce, organize and maintain proper shipping filing of registrations and documentation;
• Daily communication with air flight companies, customers, storage companies and other partners;
• To advise customers on confirmations of reservations, drafts, final pre-warnings, warnings before arrivals, notifications of release, etc.

Profile:

• Degree in Trade, in the field of Logistics (preferable);
• Knowledge in air freight (preferable);
• Ability to build and maintain friendly and sincere contacts with the customers;
• Good communication ability in English, both speaking and writing;
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc., and ability of learning applications of designated software;
• Ability of working under pressure, multi-tasking, organize and prioritize working load as to fulfill several deadlines;
• Positive attitude, strong sense of teamwork and easygoing personality.
